I was amazed to see how many people turned up at the Annual General Meeting.   There was a healthy discussion which took place and became heated at times, however I got the overall impression that cracks were appearing in the Scottish Section.

I managed by a narrow margin to be elected as Chair-person,  I believe that after this discussion that most people are prepared to let the past be the past and the new beginning will commence as from now.  I promised in my opening speech that I will be open, honest and reliable.

The members who had lots to say one way and another finally gave me their support and promised to assist me in getting the Scottish Section united as it once used to be.
